Atty. Ira is a Filipino lawyer, business consultant and public servant. He worked in various capacities with former Philippine Vice President Jejomar Binay, is consultant to a number of legislators, a highly-technical consultant to former Acting Secretary Emmanuel Caintic of the Department of Information and Communications Technology, and was the Chief of Staff of Anti-Red Tape Authority. He is also a published author and columnist.
